SWADESHI ENTREPRENEUR AND FARMERS COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED, (SEFCO) has been established on 11th September 2024 under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act 2002 by the Central Registrar, Cooperative Societies. Registration No. MSCS/CR/1549/2024. The area of operation of the society shall be confined to the States of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and Bihar. Copies of the registration certificates are appended. The SEFCO, being a Multi-State Cooperative Society could establish branches or places of business anywhere in the above their states in accordance with Section 39 of the MSCS Act 2002. The commercial operations of the SEFCO are undertaken on all India levels through its Head Office in NOIDA and Branches / Sub-Branches / Warehouses functioning in the State Capitals.
